Job summary

Perfect Vision is seeking a Field Sales Coordinator to represent the company across active project sites in Saudi Arabia. This non-office role requires staying in the field, engaging with site managers, procurement personnel, and safety officers, and driving opportunities for Fleet Management, Telematics, PWAS, IVMS, and LMI products.

You will identify site requirements, generate leads, collect RFQs/POs, and deliver actionable opportunities to the commercial team while maintaining site visit

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of sales, site coordination or business development experience in KSA, ideally with Aramco-related projects/contractors, EPCs, heavy equipment rental, fleet management or safety solutions.

Title: Sales Coordinator

Dammam, Saudi Arabia

Location: Field / Site-Based (Across Various Project Sites, Saudi Arabia)

Role Overview

Perfect Vision is looking for a results-driven Field Sales Coordinator to represent our company across active project sites (e.g., Haradh, Hawiyah, Fadhili, Jafurah, Khurais, etc.). This is not an office-based position. The Sales Coordinator will stay and operate directly in the field across various project locations to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, procurement personnel, safety officers, fleet managers, and site decision-makers. Your primary mission is to identify live site requirements for our products and solutions—including Fleet Management Systems, Telematics, PWAS (Proximity Warning Alert System), IVMS (In-Vehicle Monitoring System), and LMI (Load Moment Indicator)—generate leads, secure RFQs/POs, and deliver actionable opportunities to the commercial team.

Key Responsibilities

• Continuously visit active project sites and contractor camps to identify new projects, contractors, sub-contractors, and heavy machinery fleets.
• Identify immediate and upcoming client needs for Perfect Vision products and solutions.
• Generate qualified sales leads, gather technical specifications from site teams, and pass actionable opportunities to the central sales team.
• Build strong client relationships and drive site engagement with Site Managers, HSE Officers, Fleet Supervisors, and On-Site Procurement Officers.
• Understand site- and project-specific requirements that align with Perfect Vision's product portfolio.
• Conduct on-site product introductions, present brochures/demos, and gather customer feedback.
• Identify sales opportunities and leads, collecting Requests for Quotation (RFQs), site technical requirements, and Purchase Orders (POs) from companies operating in the project regions.
• Assist during technical surveys and installations by coordinating site access between Perfect Vision’s technical team and client site management.
• Maintain daily and weekly site visit logs detailing locations covered, key contacts met, project progress, and identified opportunities.
• Provide market intelligence updates on competitor activity, pricing trends, and emerging contractor needs across different project sites.
• Submit concise weekly field summary reports to company management.

Key Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of sales experience, site coordination, or business development experience in Saudi Arabia, ideally (bonus) working with aramco related projects/contractors, EPCs, heavy equipment rental companies, fleet management, or industrial safety solutions.
• Have a valid Driving License and be comfortable with extensive travel and staying near major project hubs/sites.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with site engineers, project managers, procurement personnel, and safety officers.
• Self-motivated, highly independent, outgoing, persuasive, and able to work effectively with minimal office supervision.
