Job summary

Fortinet is seeking a Systems Engineer for Oil & Gas in Dammam/AlKhobar Eastern Province to support the sales team with pre-sales, RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and POCs.

You will be the primary technical contact for enterprise customers and partners, translating complex security needs into robust Fortinet solutions while maintaining CRM activity.

Qualifications

• Experience in pre-sales engineering with end-to-end deal support.
• Ability to communicate technically to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of network security concepts (RADIUS, PKI, IPSEC, SSL, etc.).
• Proven problem-solving skills that drive key wins.
• CISSP certification would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead all technical aspects of a sales cycle from RFIs to RFPs & RFQs; manage POCs with internal and partner teams.
• Understand customer requirements and translate them into robust Fortinet solutions.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for customers and partners; collaborate with the sales partner.
• Maintain up-to-date activity and account records in the CRM (Salesforce).
• Position Fortinet solutions remotely or in person and manage multiple deals simultaneously.
