Job summary

Riyadh Air is seeking an onboarding coordinator to ensure a smooth pre-boarding and integration process for new hires. You will manage documentation, system access, and joining arrangements to guarantee timely readiness for day one.

You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition, IT, Facilities, and hiring managers to keep new joiners on track, maintain trackers in HR systems, and respond to onboarding queries with accuracy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified with 2–4 years in onboarding, HR operations or HR administration.
• Hands-on HR systems experience and accurate data entry.
• Strong written and spoken communication, with attention to detail.

About the Role

This role supports the delivery of onboarding across pre-boarding and initial integration. It ensures every new joiner's documentation, system access, and joining arrangements are prepared on time and completed accurately.

Working closely with Talent Acquisition, IT, Facilities, and hiring managers, the role focuses on coordinating onboarding activities and keeping every new hire on track for their start date.

A core part of the role is preparing onboarding documentation, verifying submitted documents against defined checklists, and maintaining accurate records and trackers in HR systems.

You will also communicate timelines and requirements to stakeholders, respond to onboarding queries in line with established processes, and elevate discrepancies or complex issues when required.

In addition, the role contributes to reporting and continuous improvement by tracking onboarding metrics, capturing new hire feedback, and highlighting gaps in workflows.

About You

Degree qualified, you will demonstrate 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in onboarding, HR operations, HR administration, or a closely related human resources environment.

You will bring hands-on HR systems experience, accurate data entry and records management, document preparation skills, and the ability to follow policies and procedures with consistency.

Success in this role depends on clear communication, attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple joiners and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You will also possess confident presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to deliver engaging induction and orientation sessions that create a positive and welcoming experience for new joiners.
