Job summary

Qiddiya | القدية seeks an Development Manager to lead planning, development, and delivery of commercial office assets. You will steer projects from concept through handover, coordinating consultants and stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and development standards.

Ideal candidates bring a 5-7 year track record in real estate development or construction, with experience delivering large-scale projects and a strong capability in governance, budgeting, and procurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 5-7 years of experience in real estate development, project management, design management, or construction.
• Experience delivering commercial office, mixed-use, or large-scale real estate developments.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary consultants and contractors.
• Middle East/GCC experience and exposure to giga-project environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, development, and delivery of commercial office assets from concept through handover.
• Prepare and manage briefs, execution plans, budgets, schedules, and business cases.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary consultants to ensure design solutions meet objectives.
• Drive governance, approvals, and stakeholder alignment across parties.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to meet business objectives.
• Support procurement activities, including tender strategies and contract awards.
• Manage consultant and contractor performance and contractual obligations.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring policy compliance.
• Coordinate with Delivery, Commercial, Leasing, Operations, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure timely delivery, quality assurance, and asset handover to end users.
