Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Economics, Urban Planning, Engineering, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in real estate development, management consulting, commercial strategy, or related field.
• Strong understanding of office real estate markets, occupier requirements, and commercial feasibility.
• Experience conducting market analysis, business planning, and commercial assessments.
• Ability to interpret market data and translate insights into practical recommendations.
• Strong analytical, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing consultant outputs in a fast-paced development environment.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, Excel, PowerPoint, and business case preparation.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of office portfolio, asset, and product strategies aligned with market demand and business objectives
• Conduct market research, benchmarking, competitor reviews, and occupier demand analysis to support development decisions
• Assist in preparing business cases, commercial assessments, strategic recommendations, and management presentations
• Analyze office market trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide recommendations to support decision-making
• Support the definition of office products, tenant positioning, and customer value propositions
• Assist in identifying target occupiers, strategic partners, and key demand drivers within the office sector
• Collaborate with Development, Design, Delivery, Leasing, and Operations teams to help optimize project outcomes
• Support project phasing, prioritization, and commercial evaluation activities across the office portfolio
• Coordinate and manage inputs from external consultants and advisors to ensure timely delivery of studies and recommendations
• Prepare reports, presentations, and commercial analyses for internal and external stakeholders
• Support stakeholder engagement activities and contribute to effective cross-functional collaboration
