Qiddiya Investment Company in Riyadh is seeking an Executive Director - Office Development to lead end-to-end office development initiatives, align plans with business priorities, and drive delivery across cross-functional teams and external advisors.

The role demands 15+ years of large-scale real estate leadership, strong financial acumen, governance and stage-gate experience, and a proven ability to guide senior stakeholders through complex approvals to successful outcomes.

Qualifications

15+ years relevant experience leading large-scale real estate or office development projects.
Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and investment evaluation.
Deep knowledge of development approvals, governance, regulatory compliance, and stage gate processes.
Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and senior external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic planning and end-to-end execution of office development initiatives.
Oversee budgets, timelines, and delivery quality across multiple projects.
Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and government stakeholders on approvals.
Drive risk management, compliance, and governance throughout the development lifecycle.
Mentor senior project leaders and align development plans with business objectives.
