Client of MM Management Consultant seeks an OE Sales Manager for Centrifugal Pumps in Saudi Arabia. You will lead Original Equipment sales in the Eastern Province, requiring a strong background in rotating equipment, API 610 compliance, and a proven track record in major industrial projects across Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Power sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master's preferred)
• 15+ years in rotating equipment, 5+ years in managerial/senior sales
• Strong knowledge of OEMs, engineering standards, API 610
• Proven negotiation, presentation and communication skills
• Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office
• Fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for centrifugal pumps - API 610
• Identify and target new customers, markets and applications
• Achieve sales targets and market share growth
• Lead technical and commercial discussions with EPCs, OEMs, consultants and end-users
• Monitor long-cycle sales processes including tenders, RFQs, clarifications and contracts
• Build and maintain relationships with major end-users and key accounts
• Coordinate with application engineering, proposal, execution and service teams
• Provide regular pipeline, forecast and strategic initiative reports
• Monitor market trends, competitors and pricing strategies

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient OE Sales Manager to lead and grow the Original Equipment sales of Centrifugal Pumps in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia The ideal candidate should have a strong background in rotating equipment API 610 Pumps proven sales leadership experience and a successful track record in managing large industrial projects particularly in Oil amp Gas Petrochemical and Power sectors

Key Responsibilities

• 1 Sales Strategy amp Execution
  • o Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for centrifugal Pumps - API 610
  • o Identify and target new customers markets and applications in line with company goals
  • o Achieve assigned sales targets and market share growth
• 2 Business Development
  • o Lead technical and commercial discussions with EPCs OEMs consultants and end-users
  • o Monitor and manage long-cycle sales processes including tendering RFQs technical clarifications and contract negotiation
• 3 Customer Relationship Management
  • o Build and maintain strong relationships with major enduser in the region and other static accounts
  • o Conduct regular customer visits technical presentations and business reviews
• 4 Project Coordination
  • o Collaborate with application engineering proposal execution and service teams to ensure timely delivery of quotations and project commitments
  • o Support contract execution by ensuring proper handover and involvement during critical stages
• 5 Market Intelligence amp Reporting
  • o Monitor market trends competitor activities and pricing strategies
  • o Provide regular reporting on pipeline status forecasts and strategic initiatives

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (Master s is a plus). 15+ years of relevant experience in rotating equipment (centrifugal Pumps ), including at least 5 years in a managerial or senior sales role. In-depth knowledge of OEMs, engineering standards, and specifications (API 610 ). Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office suite. Fluency in English

Preferred Experience:

Experience with OEMs (e.g., Sulzer, Flowserve, ITT, KSB, Trillum Pumps, Sundyne etc.) or similar.
