Job summary

Saudi Information Systems (SIS) is looking for a Technical Authority – NFVI to provide advanced 2nd line support across cloud infrastructure and IP domains in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is critical for ensuring service stability and adherence to SLA-driven managed services operations.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in cloud infrastructure, troubleshooting skills, and an analytical mindset. Responsibilities include incident management, system optimization, and collaborating with internal teams and customers to resolve issues effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Cloud Infrastructure and IP networking environments.
• Proven experience in troubleshooting, configuration, and system support.
• Good understanding of incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Experience in service assurance, audits, and operational compliance.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a managed services, SLA-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd line technical support for Cloud Infrastructure and IP environments.
• Handle incident, problem, and fault management in line with SLA requirements.
• Manage system configuration, access control, and user administration.
• Support CSR handling, audits, and customer service requests.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and service restoration.
• Support software lifecycle management including upgrades and patching.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customer stakeholders for issue resolution.
• Manage third-party hardware and ensure continuous platform availability.
