• Perform advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and service restoration.
• Support software lifecycle management including upgrades and patching.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customer stakeholders for issue resolution.
• Manage third-party hardware and ensure continuous platform availability.
