Job summary

Sehati for Information Technology Services LLC is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer to lead the design, deployment, and management of complex networks, servers, storage, and cloud resources in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on ensuring high availability, performance, and cost efficiency across on-premises and cloud environments.

The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, virtualization, backup and disaster recovery, and vendor management, with CCNA certification

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer information systems, computer science, or computer engineering.
Master's degree preferred in business or IT.
CCNA certification preferred.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar field.

Responsibilities

Provide guidelines for management of networks, servers, storage and other critical IT components.
Design and implement robust IT infrastructure solutions.
Deploy and configure servers, storage, network devices.
Ensure high availability and performance of IT systems.
Design, configure and manage LAN, WAN, and cloud networks.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues.
Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Provide backup and recovery processes to ensure data integrity.
Optimize infrastructure components to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Provide technical support to resolve infrastructure-related issues.
Create and maintain documentation of configurations and procedures.
Prepare reports on infrastructure performance and improvements.
Manage relationships with infrastructure vendors and service providers.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies and services.
