Job summary

TANINT Recruitment is seeking an experienced Technical Authority specializing in Cloud Infrastructure and IP Networks to support a leading telecom environment in Saudi Arabia. You will provide advanced technical leadership, operational support, and expert-level troubleshooting to ensure service continuity and platform stability.

The role requires strong cloud and networking expertise, incident management, and governance duties, with a focus on high-availability carrier-grade environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a telecom/IT discipline.
• Proven experience supporting Cloud Infrastructure and IP networking in telecom or enterprise environments.
• Hands-on troubleshooting across cloud, infrastructure, and network technologies.
• Experience in incident, problem, and fault management processes.
• Strong knowledge of configuration management and operational practices.
• Experience managing escalations and supporting operational changes.
• Knowledge of platform access control, user management, and security.
• Carrier-grade cloud infrastructure experience.
• Experience handling CSR and operational support activities.
• Knowledge of software lifecycle, upgrades, patches, and release processes.
• Experience with audit, governance, and compliance requirements.
• Strong IP networking concepts and protocols knowledge.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-line Technical Authority support across Cloud Infrastructure and IP networks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure, cloud, and IP network incidents.
• Support incident, problem, and fault management for service continuity.
• Perform assessments to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Support configuration management and troubleshoot related issues.
• Manage escalations and guide operations and engineering teams.
• Support platform access control and governance controls.
• Participate in lifecycle management, upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
• Coordinate with vendors and hardware providers to resolve issues.
• Support CSR activities and technical service fulfillment processes.
• Assist with audit, compliance, and regulatory reviews.
• Ensure procedures and technical standards are maintained.
• Support planned operational changes with minimal disruption.
• Contribute to continuous improvement for reliability and efficiency.
