Job summary

Kafou Medical seeks a strategic and hands-on National Sales Manager to lead the General Lab and Life Science sales across Saudi Arabia. You will drive national targets, build a high-performing team, and cultivate relationships with government and private accounts, ensuring disciplined execution of the full sales cycle.

You will develop market segmentation, manage a qualified pipeline, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize pricing, discounts and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant commercial experience; 8+ years preferred.
• 3 years of proven sales-team management or equivalent leadership.
• Based in Saudi Arabia with strong national market awareness.
• Experience with government and public-sector (NUPCO) and tenders.
• Experience with capital equipment and recurring consumables; multi-brand portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Achieve national annual, quarterly and monthly General Lab sales and profitability targets.
• Lead, manage, coach and develop the General Lab sales team across Saudi Arabia.
• Establish clear territories, account responsibilities and sales targets for each team member.
• Maintain national awareness of major government, public, university and private accounts across regions.
• Develop structured national market segmentation and strategic account plans.
• Manage the complete commercial cycle from opportunity development to invoicing and collection.
