Job summary

FashionUnited is seeking a Cluster Manager to oversee a small group of brand stores within the Riyadh region. You will drive sales growth, ensure exceptional customer service, manage store teams, and maintain brand standards across the cluster.

The role requires 4-5 years in retail management with 2-3 years in multi-store leadership. You will analyze market trends, coordinate inventory, and work with brand teams to implement promotions and optimize performance.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of retail management experience.
• 2–3 years in a multi-store management role.
• Proven track record overseeing several stores, preferably in fashion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a cluster of stores to ensure smooth functioning.
• Audit operations to ensure compliance with SOPs, policies, and loss prevention guidelines.
• Lead opening/closing of stores within the cluster and coordinate resources.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and high service standards across all stores.
• Recruit, train, and develop store staff; conduct regular performance evaluations.
• Set sales targets and monitor stock levels to optimize inventory and shrinkage.
• Collaborate with brand teams to implement promotions and drive sales.
• Prepare and present store performance reports to stakeholders.
