Job summary

FashionUnited is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee multiple stores in the Makkah region. You will drive sales through exceptional customer service, effective staff training, and strict adherence to SOPs and brand standards.

You will lead recruitment, training, merchandising, and inventory control while coaching staff to meet and exceed performance targets. A strong emphasis on leadership and operational excellence is required to maximize store profitability.

Qualifications

• Oversee recruiting, hiring and training needs of the store.
• Orient new employees to Apparel Store Operations.
• Drive customer-service excellence to maximize sales.
• Represent the brand to maximize store sales via exceptional service.
• Adhere to SOPs, policies and loss prevention guidelines.
• Implement Visual Merchandising guidelines across all stores.
• Monitor inventory movement and shrinkage.
• Recruit and train staff on sales techniques and teamwork.
• Evaluate performance and coach staff for improved results.
• Communicate business drivers and operational needs to management.

Responsibilities

• Achieve performance metrics such as units per transaction and average transaction value.
• Set store sales targets to maximize profitability.
