Job summary

ABB Motion in Saudi Arabia seeks an Area Sales Manager to drive growth across designated markets in line with the division strategy. You will lead sales initiatives, build client relationships, and ensure achievement of sales targets while aligning with ABB’s broader goals.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, identify opportunities, and contribute to a dynamic, fast-growing business. Proficiency in Arabic and English and a local Saudi work license are required.

Qualifications

Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering with proven sales track record.
5 years of experience in Drives; PLC/Automation a plus.
Experience in Sales and Account Management.
Proficient with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
Saudi work license currently valid.

Responsibilities

Sell products/solutions within designated market in line with division strategy.
Achieve qualitative and quantitative sales targets for sustainable order growth.
Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
Communicate delivery times, payments, and terms aligned with ABB’s offering.
Identify and drive development of new market opportunities and manage sales admin.
