Job summary

Emerson, a global leader in Fluid & Motion Control, seeks a Sales Manager for Saudi Arabia based in Al Khobar to drive growth and penetrate key accounts across the region. You will promote Emerson’s fluid and motion control portfolio, visit distributors, OEMs, EPCs, and end users, and identify opportunities to expand the business while aligning with customer needs and company strategy.

Qualifications

Degree or diploma in Mechatronics/Instrumentation/Automation or equivalent.
2–5 years’ experience in Sales or Account management with a proven track record locally.
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong English communication.

Responsibilities

Promote and sell Fluid & Motion Control offerings to Saudi Arabia across industries.
Regularly visit existing and potential customers including Distributors, OEMs, EPC, stockists, and end users.
Identify new opportunities and maintain a project opportunity list with designated tools.
Learn new products and discuss them with customers to propose appropriate solutions.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and volume structures within authority.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute growth strategies and participate in events.
