Job summary

Danfoss Power Electronics and Drives in Saudi Arabia seeks a Business Development Manager to expand Drives/VFD solutions, identify new opportunities, and build lasting customer relationships to drive growth and energy efficiency.

You will work with sales, marketing and applications teams, engaging EPCs, consultants, system integrators, and end users across heavy industries, oil & gas, petrochemicals, and marine electrification.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
3-5 years in business development, sales, or customer-facing role in Drives/VFD.
Strong knowledge of variable frequency drives and industrial automation.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute business development strategies to grow Danfoss Drives in Saudi Arabia across assigned verticals (Heavy industries, Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Marine & Electrification).
Build and strengthen relationships with end users, EPCs, consultants, system integrators, and channel partners to identify new opportunities and services from existing install-base.
Promote Danfoss drive solutions with technical and commercial support to improve operation and energy efficiency.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and application teams to develop customer-focused solutions and win strategic projects.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project pipelines to identify opportunities and support growth.
