Job summary

Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages seeks a Sales Representative for Modern Trade in Jeddah to drive sales targets, ensure product availability, and build strong retailer partnerships. You will manage pricing, promotions, andPlanograms while ensuring timely orders and accurate SAP uploads.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 1+ years in FMCG sales, with strong communication skills and a valid driver’s license to travel within the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
• +1 year of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in Modern Trade.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.

Responsibilities

• Ensure full product availability across Modern Trade accounts.
• Prevent out-of-stock situations through replenishment and order management.
• Achieve assigned sales targets in volume, value, and distribution.
• Execute in-store activities, promotions, and planograms per guidelines.
• Collect and manage purchase orders and SAP uploads.
• Monitor competitor activities including pricing and launches.
• Maintain customer database and sales documentation.
• Submit regular performance reports (sales vs. targets, KPIs).
• Identify growth opportunities within Modern Trade accounts.
• Drive on-time payment collection per credit terms.
• Ensure compliance with policies and ethical standards.
• Uphold Nestlé quality and safety during field operations.
