Job summary

Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages, a standalone unit of the Nestlé Group, is recruiting a Sales Representative - Modern Trade in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on achieving sales targets through excellence in availability, visibility, pricing and promotions, while building strong customer relationships.

You will manage MT accounts, ensure product launches, monitor stock, and collaborate with teams to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• +1 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in Modern Trade.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze data and provide market insights.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Ensure full product availability, including new product launches (NPL), across all assigned Modern Trade accounts.
• Prevent out-of-stock situations through effective replenishment and order management.
• Achieve assigned sales targets in volume, value, and distribution.
• Execute in-store activities, promotions, planograms, and visibility executions as per guidelines.
• Collect and manage purchase orders and ensure timely upload in SAP.
• Monitor competitor activities, including pricing, promotions, and product launches.
• Maintain an accurate and updated customer database and sales documentation.
• Prepare and submit regular performance reports (sales vs. targets, KPIs, market feedback).
• Identify business growth opportunities within assigned Modern Trade accounts.
• Drive on-time payment collection following approved credit terms.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, standards, and trade agreements.
• Uphold the company’s commitment to quality, safety, and ethical business practices during field operations.

Position Summary
