Job summary

Nestlé Middle East is seeking a Sales Support Executive in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, to assist the Sales function with data preparation, analysis, and routine reporting. You will contribute to monthly target preparation, incentive calculations, and maintaining forecast tools to support key Nestlé processes.

The role emphasizes accuracy in customer data, collaboration with F&C/Channel Manager, and participation in monthly Sales meetings. Strong Excel skills and 1–2 years in sales are preferred.

Qualifications

• Academic background: university graduate or equivalent.
• Strong computer skills and ability to handle data.
• Excellent Excel abilities for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical capabilities and problem solving.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• 1–2 years of relevant Sales Executive experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly sales targets by salesman and calculate sales incentives.
• Maintain Sales forecast tools to support MBPC/MIP and Ladder sheet.
• Produce daily and ad-hoc reports/analysis for day-to-day sales monitoring.
• Consolidate sell-out and stock-on-hand reports for e-commerce.
• Prepare data/templates for monthly meetings and participate in Sales team meetings.
• Maintain customer data with F&C/Channel Manager and Nestlé Business Services.
• Create and maintain a listing template for e-commerce customers with descriptions, weights, pack shots, and other details.
• Track Master Data update requests and ensure account data is accurate to avoid cost/report errors.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to accelerate issue resolution.
