Job summary

The Red Sea Development Company is seeking a Senior Mobility Manager to lead land transport planning and operations at AMAALA Triple Bay sites in Saudi Arabia. You will coordinate with hotel operators, vendors, and internal mobility teams to ensure efficient transport services for guests, staff, and events.

You will oversee on-site teams, optimize resource use, and implement contingency plans while maintaining safety, service quality, and regulatory compliance across multiple venues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Proven planning and operational experience in site transport operations.
• Experience coordinating with transport teams and external contractors.
• Experience with venue transport planning for large events.
• Knowledge of emergency procedures for sites/venues.
• Valid driver’s license is preferable.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Crisis management knowledge and calm decision making.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of land mobility for AMAALA Triple Bay sites.
• Manage mobility site teams and equipment; allocate resources efficiently.
• Coordinate with internal mobility teams and hotel operators to align transport plans.
• Identify risks and develop contingency plans for site transport.
• Monitor performance via TOCC and optimize transport across sites.
• Address issues during operations and incidents with practical solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement using data, feedback, and site observations.
• Develop site transport plans, SLAs, and contingency plans with stakeholders.
• Provide guest, visitor and workforce transport support on site.
