Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Mobilization Coordinator in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to support employee and project mobilization activities. You will coordinate personnel movements, manage visa applications and renewals, and arrange business travel and accommodation to align with project schedules.

Working with project managers and cross-functional teams, you will prepare mobilization plans, track progress, maintain documentation, and address delays or compliance concerns.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in project mobilization or related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee and project mobilization to support timely deployment.
• Prepare mobilization plans with project managers and stakeholders.
• Manage visas, renewals, and immigration requirements for internationally moving staff.
• Arrange travel, accommodation, and transportation aligned with mobilization plans.
• Maintain mobilization documentation and progress reports.
• Identify delays and coordinate with teams to resolve scheduling issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and project schedules.
