Job summary

The Red Sea Development Company seeks a Manager - Fleet Maintenance to oversee bus fleet upkeep, PMs, and contractor performance in Riyadh. You will manage contracts, monitor service schedules, and drive safe, reliable operations while coordinating with operations and finance teams.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in fleet maintenance or large-scale operations and a relevant engineering degree, with strong leadership and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in fleet maintenance, vehicle operations, or related roles.
• Experience in public transport or large-scale fleet management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance contract with service providers and ensure terms are met.
• Maximize fleet availability by monitoring service schedules and repairs.
• Audit contractor activities for compliance with standards and regulations.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance per manufacturer guidelines and policies.
• Track KPIs such as uptime, service completion, and contractor efficiency.
• Monitor costs and optimize maintenance expenses through efficient resource use.
• Coordinate with operations, procurement, and finance for budget adherence.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance for buses.
• Prepare and present periodic reports on fleet maintenance and contractor performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve maintenance efficiency and reduce downtime.
