Job summary

The Red Sea Development Company is seeking a Manager for TB Cluster Mobility Planning and Operations to coordinate all Land Mobility activities for Amaala Triple Bay sites in Saudi Arabia. You will oversee planning, guest access, parking, workforce shuttles, and site transport during events, ensuring safe, efficient operations and strong communication with hotel operators and internal stakeholders.

The role requires hands-on leadership, exceptional communication, and the ability to stay calm

Qualifications

• 5 years of managerial experience in site transport or mobility operations.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Fluent in English; Arabic a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of Land Mobility for Amaala Triple Bay sites.
• Manage Mobility site teams, drivers, and equipment.
• Coordinate with Hotel Operators, Red Sea departments and external stakeholders.
• Identify risks and develop contingency plans for site transport.
• Monitor transport performance in real-time and optimize operations.
• Address issues arising during operations, including incidents and delays.
• Continuously improve transportation performance using data and feedback.
