Job summary

Parsons Corporation seeks a Senior Director to lead Mobility Planning and Operations for a major Riyadh development. You will direct multimodal networks, coordinate with public transport, autonomous systems, active mobility, and smart parking to ensure reliable and efficient movement for residents and visitors.

The role requires deep experience in transportation planning, senior leadership, and a track record of delivering complex mobility programs in large-scale environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in a transportation/urban planning field.
• Strong background in multimodal transportation
• Experience leading large multidisciplinary mobility teams

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations and strategic development of the city’s multimodal transportation network.
• Establish operating strategies for buses, rail/monorail, autonomous transit, and shared mobility services
• Oversee transit timetables, service frequencies, fleet deployment, route performance and capacity planning
• Develop integrated mobility plans connecting destinations, districts, hubs and parking assets
• Lead governance of autonomous shuttle corridors and future automated transit services
• Coordinate mobility data, forecasting, and performance reporting for executives
