Job summary

Ericsson is seeking a Mobile Core Network Performance Engineer in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to monitor CS/PS/IMS/IN and roaming networks. Qualifications

• Five years of experience in Ericsson Mobile Core network performance.
• Strong knowledge of CS, PS, IMS and IN networks, signaling protocols and call flows.
• Experience with ENIQ, ENM, BusinessObjects and MasterClaw/eoLive.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze CS, PS, IMS, IN and International network performance.
• Analyze KPI trends, investigate degradations and propose corrective actions.
• Perform capacity assessments and traffic forecasting, including readiness planning for major events.
• Configure and maintain Performance Alarms, reports and dashboards.
• Prepare SLA, governance and Service Impact Reports.
