Job summary

Ma'aden Gold and Base Metals (MGBM) seeks a Supervisor, Dispatch Mining to coordinate the movement of equipment, resources and personnel for safe, productive mining operations. You will optimize haulage schedules, monitor real-time dispatch data and ensure on-time execution of production targets, while promoting safety and regulatory compliance.

Collaborating with mine planners, geologists and supervisors, you will develop short- and long-term production plans, communicate targets to operators

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field.
• Experience with mine dispatch systems and production planning.
• Familiarity with fleet management software and mine planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate equipment deployment, haulage schedules, ore processing, and mining activities to meet targets.
• Monitor dispatch and planning data to track equipment location and utilization.
• Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure safety and compliance in dispatch operations and provide training on systems.
