Job summary

Maaden is seeking an Engineer, Production to coordinate people, supplies, and equipment for efficient mine operations in line with safety and environmental requirements. The role reports to the Mine Manager within the GGM unit and focuses on planning, analysis, and reporting across mining activities.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in mining engineering and at least five years of experience, with strong English skills, teamwork, and ethics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mining engineering.
• 5 years of mining engineering experience, including mine operations in different mine styles.

Responsibilities

• Resource and extraction planning to optimize ore extraction.
• Engineering and commercial analysis including cost estimates and investments.
• Reporting and HSE: prepare production reports and ensure safety and environmental compliance.
