Job summary

Ma'aden Gold and Base Metals (MGBM) in Saudi Arabia seeks a Superintendent, Mine Planning to develop and maintain short-, medium-, and life-of-mine plans in collaboration with Geology, Operations, Processing, and Technical Services.

You will lead design and scheduling, monitor performance, conduct optimization studies, prepare annual plans and budgets, ensure data integrity, and drive continuous improvement while upholding HSE standards.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains short-, medium-, and long-term mine plans with relevant technical and operational functions.
• Produces and reviews mine designs and schedules to optimize resource use, safety, and cost.
• Coordinates with Geology to incorporate models, reserve updates, and grade control into plans and forecasts.
• Monitors performance, analyzes variances, and suggests corrective actions.
