Job summary

Maaden is seeking a Supervisor, Dispatch Mining to coordinate equipment, resources and personnel to maximise productivity. You will oversee dispatch systems, monitor targets and promote safe, timely mining activities.

The role requires 5–8 years in mining operations with dispatch or planning experience, and familiarity with Modular Mining DISPATCH, Wenco or Minemax. Expect on-site duties in a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Geological Engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years in mining operations, dispatch or production planning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate dispatch of equipment, haulage schedules and ore processing to meet targets.
• Monitor real-time dispatch data and optimize allocation to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with planners and operators to develop short/long-term production plans.
• Analyze performance data and coordinate with maintenance for timely repairs.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and dispatch staff are trained.
