Job summary

Tabby is seeking a Partner Support Specialist in Saudi Arabia to be the front line for merchants and applicants across chat, email, and phone. You will resolve inquiries, apply policies, and help improve CSAT and FCR while staying aligned with SLAs.

You will collaborate with Finance, BD, and Product to ensure smooth end-to-end partner journeys, and you will grow with the company through ongoing training and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, finance, marketing, operations, or related field.
• Experience in B2B support, call center, or customer operations is a plus.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and relationship‑building skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Tabby partners across chat, email, and phone with professionalism.
• Resolve inquiries and ensure adherence to SLAs and PS policies (DAT, Hold Timer, CSAT checks).
• Escalate complex cases with traceable handovers to TLs or other functions.
• Collaborate with Scoring, Finance, BD, and Product to improve end-to-end journeys.
