Job summary

Foodics is hiring a Merchant Success Specialist to ensure a smooth customer journey from contract to full utilization of Pay, CDS and Foodics One. You will coordinate onboarding, installation, and ongoing support for merchants in a fast-growing fintech-enabled restaurant ecosystem.

We are seeking someone with experience in payment operations, strong Excel and analytics, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset to prevent churn and drive value for clients in the Middle East and beyond.

Qualifications

• Experience in payment operations preferred.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Analytical skills to identify trends and fix onboarding issues.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders across finance, engineering and support.
• Proactive problem-solver who can develop effective solutions.
• Knowledge of payment regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Register all signed contracts in all systems within 24 hours.
• Ensure accurate Pay installation SLA with external and internal vendors.
• Conduct post-live calls to offer help or training.
• Educate merchants about new releases, features and offers.
• Explain reconciliation cycles and answer merchant questions.
• Monitor merchant utilization and proactively prevent churn.
• Identify opportunities to improve the full Pay cycle with other teams.
