Qualifications

• Academic background in Psychology, including understanding of behavior, motivation, and stress-related conditions.
• Relevant degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related mental health field; professional licensure or registration preferred where applicable.
• Experience working in corporate, community, or wellness-focused environments, ideally within multicultural or regional contexts.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly beneficial.
• Strong interpersonal skills, discretion, and commitment to ethical, person-centered, and non-discriminatory practice.
• Capacity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple cases, and adapt mental health interventions to active, sports-based programs.

Responsibilities

Role Description

The Mental Health Practitioner is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The practitioner will provide mental health support within corporate wellness programs, including conducting assessments, offering counseling, and developing individualized care plans for employees.
