Team Saudi is seeking a sport psychologist to support Olympic and emerging sports programs with mental skills training, wellbeing initiatives, and performance readiness. • Deliver one-on-one and group sessions focused on mental skills such as confidence, focus, coping strategies, and pre-competition routines.
• Support athletes in managing performance anxiety and maintaining composure under pressure.
• Assist in psychological profiling and readiness assessments as part of athlete development plans.
• Work closely with coaches and support staff to integrate psychological principles into training environments.
• Provide practical advice on athlete motivation, behavior, and psychological readiness.
• Contribute to mental health screening and referral processes in collaboration with clinical professionals.
• Promote athlete wellbeing through proactive education and support initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of interventions and athlete progress.

Athlete Support & Mental Skills Training

• Deliver one-on-one and group sessions focused on mental skills such as confidence, focus, coping strategies, and pre-competition routines.
• Support athletes in managing performance anxiety and maintaining composure under pressure.
• Assist in psychological profiling and readiness assessments as part of athlete development plans.

Coach & Staff Collaboration

Wellbeing & Mental Health Support

Monitoring & Reporting

• Provide feedback and insights to the Senior Manager to inform program development.
