Job summary

Armah Sports invites a customer-focused Operations Assistant to ensure exceptional experiences during visits to our Riyadh clubs. You will handle bookings, greet guests, and support sales through clear communication and efficient daily operations.

You will conduct tours, explain packages, document feedback, manage shift coverage, and maintain CRM data while processing payments and refunds. This role requires strong service ethics and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Diploma required.
• At least 1 year in customer service or sales.
• Strong service and operational skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation and equipment a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle member bookings, guest check-ins, and day passes.
• Conduct club tours and explain packages and pricing.
• Receive feedback and complaints and follow up until closure.
• Provide shift coverage and participate in meetings.
• Log maintenance requests and ensure closure.
• Open/close daily club operations and keep areas clean and safe.
• Maintain CRM data and process payments/refunds.
• Support club events and other operational activities.
