Job summary

St. Regis Hotels & Resorts in Riyadh is seeking a highly motivated Sales & Marketing professional to support reservations and guest services. You will respond to inquiries, assist with bookings, and help maximize revenue while maintaining exceptional guest loyalty.

You will collaborate with Sales, Data Administration, and Accounting teams to ensure smooth operations, accuracy in records, and adherence to Marriott brand standards across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 2 years.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Resolve guest calls, requests, or problems by coordinating with Sales, Data Administration, and Accounting.
• Use sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty and up-selling.
• Process Marriott Rewards points redemption and all reservation requests via phone, fax, or mail.
• Enter Marriott Rewards information into appropriate software when taking guest reservations.
• Assist management in training and motivating employees; perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing.
