Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a guest service or guest-facing role, preferably in hospitality or entertainment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to handle inquiries and complaints effectively.
• Positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities
