Qualifications

• Strong customer service orientation and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and brand messaging quickly.
• Experience with POS and payment processing operations is preferred.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including high-demand periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist with product selection.
• Engage browsers to convert interest into purchases.
• Follow GUEST selling steps: greet, understand, explain, sell, thank.
• Promote Club Apparel Loyalty Program to boost loyalty and repeat visits.
• Maintain knowledge of brands for relevant recommendations and upselling.
• Keep merchandise presented attractively and in line with store standards.
• Handle transactions accurately and balance cash tills.
• Support stock management, inventory reports, and store security.
