Job summary

SportPlex Saudi Arabia is seeking a proactive Receptionist Supervisor to lead our front desk team and deliver an outstanding member experience. You will supervise staff, manage bookings, answer inquiries, and coordinate with other teams to keep operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in reception supervision, strong leadership and customer service, fluent Arabic and English, and experience with booking/POS systems and MS Office. CPR certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of reception or front-desk supervision experience (sports/fitness preferred).
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Fluent in Arabic & English.
• Experience with booking/POS systems and MS Office.
• Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• First Aid/CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and schedule front-desk team.
• Ensure smooth daily reception operations (check-ins, bookings, calls, inquiries).
• Handle escalated member concerns and maintain high service standards.
• Oversee bookings, POS transactions, and daily cash reconciliation.
• Support membership sales, renewals, and promotions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless facility operations.
