Job summary

The Executive Centre in Riyadh is seeking a front desk/guest services professional to deliver quality customer service to TEC clients and Members. You will be the face of TEC, collaborating with operations and other departments to facilitate Centre activities and address Members’ needs.

As an individual contributor, you will demonstrate strong customer service instincts, attention to detail, and a commitment to going the extra mile to enhance the Member experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree preferred.
• Fluent English and local language communication.
• 1 year customer service and admin experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to daily operations, including centre opening and closing, all operational activities, facilitating Member activity.
• Engage with Members to build personal and team profiles, understanding who they are, what they do, what they like or dislike.
• Coordinate upkeep of Centre facilities, decorations and furniture, addressing cleaning, repairs and areas of improvements.
• Contribute to the successful achievement of business performance metrics in your city.
• Manage your own contributions and deliverables, professionalism and proactivity, learnings and improvements.
