Job summary

BlueHorizon is seeking a Resort Manager for its luxury property in Medina, Saudi Arabia. You will oversee daily resort operations, supervise staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in hospitality, 5+ years in a managerial hotel role, and fluency in English; Arabic is a plus. The position includes accommodation and comprehensive benefits with a competitive salary package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years managerial experience in hospitality.
• Fluent in English; Arabic knowledge is a plus.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all resort staff, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth operation of the resort.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to concerns or complaints in a timely manner.
• Maintain high level of cleanliness and maintenance throughout the resort.
• Oversee budgeting and financial planning for the resort.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Train new employees on policies, procedures, and standards.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to ensure efficient communication within the team.
