Job summary

Careers Imdad in Riyadh is seeking a Product Specialist to promote and sell medical devices to hospital and clinic customers. You will visit customers regularly, perform product demonstrations, and provide after-sales support, including in-service training and follow-up on collections.

The role requires a biomedical or related degree, 2–3 years in medical devices sales (dermatology a plus), a KSA driving license with a car, and fluency in Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years' medical devices sales experience; dermatology a plus.
• KSA Driving License with car.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Bilingual Arabic and English required.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell company products to new and existing customers through regular visits.
• Schedule appointments and identify opportunities to grow accounts.
• Generate and develop new client business accounts.
• Deliver product demonstrations and on-site training; apply negotiation and closing techniques.
• Provide information about prospects and update customer databases with contacts.
• Submit weekly sales and marketing reports in a timely manner.
• Assist in accounts receivable follow-up and maintain strong relationships with physicians.
• Maintain relationships with key decision makers and customers; attend conferences and workshops.
• Utilize sales aids and data to secure deals.
• Perform professional in-service training for end users on systems application.
• Monitor market awareness and competitor pricing changes.
