Job summary

Imdad, a leading medical aesthetics equipment provider in the Middle East, seeks a Product Specialist - Medical Devices for Saudi National operations in Riyadh. You will promote and sell products, visit customers, provide in-service training, and support after sales.

The role requires a biomedical or related degree, 2–3 years in medical devices sales, Arabic and English fluency, and a valid KSA driving license with a car to visit clinics and hospitals regularly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Bioscience, Nursing, or related field.
• 2–3 years' experience in medical devices sales.
• KSA Driving License + car.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Imdad products to new and existing customers by visiting them regularly.
• Conduct In-Service Training and after-sales support to customers.
• Schedule appointments and meetings to promote products and identify opportunities.
• Give product demonstrations and presentations at customer sites; close sales with negotiation techniques.
• Maintain customer database with contact details and follow up on accounts receivable as needed.
• Prepare weekly sales and marketing reports and provide timely updates.
