Job summary

Kafou Group in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, seeks a Product Specialist to promote and support surgical products with clinical and technical expertise, drive sales targets, and train healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities include product demonstrations, customer relationship building, in-service training, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure product availability and compliant service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a healthcare field such as Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Medical Laboratory, Pharmacy or Life Sciences.
• 1–3 years of medical device or surgical product sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company’s surgical products to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, physicians, nurses and other stakeholders.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and in-service training for customers.
• Provide clinical and technical support during product evaluations and procedures.
