Job summary

Confidential Career Solutions, LLC is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to support our projects in Riyadh. You will review tenant MEP drawings, coordinate HVAC and plumbing systems, and ensure designs meet approved provisions and standards.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong coordination and communication skills, and proficiency with AutoCAD and MS Office. Site inspections and handover activities are part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering, MEP design, building services, retail fit-out, or construction projects.
• Proficient with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with site inspections, snagging and rectification works.
• Experience reviewing mechanical drawings and technical submissions.

Responsibilities

• Review tenant mechanical and MEP drawings, submissions, and shop drawings.

• Identify technical issues, non-compliant works, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Support testing, commissioning, snagging, completion, and handover activities.
• Coordinate with tenants, consultants, contractors, Leasing, Development, Facility Management, Operations, and other technical disciplines.
• Maintain technical documentation, inspection records, approved drawings, and correspondence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering, MEP design, building services, retail fit-out, or construction projects.
• Practical experience with HVAC, ventilation, plumbing, drainage, and MEP coordination.
• Experience reviewing mechanical drawings and technical submissions.

• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in mall, retail, mixed-use, hospitality, or commercial development projects is preferred.
• Strong technical review, coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
