Job summary

Emerson seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead complex customer projects across the Middle East & Africa, focusing on measurement solutions and systems. You will drive end-to-end execution, coordinate with Sales, Operations, Engineering, and COE teams, and ensure technical and commercial success in a dynamic regional environment.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and solid knowledge of metering and analytics equipment, with familiarity of Saudi end-user

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation or Mechanical Engineering.
• 8–10 years in project engineering/management.
• Experience with Metering Systems, Bidi & Compact Provers, Gas & Liquid Analyzers, and Gas Chromatographs.
• Familiarity with Saudi Aramco standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and business systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution, achieving technical, commercial, and operational objectives.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Engineering, and COE teams for project delivery.
• Review contracts, costing, payment terms, and commercial requirements at initiation.
• Serve as the primary customer interface for technical and commercial matters.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, schedules, progress reporting, and risk mitigation.
• Oversee subcontractors and suppliers to meet quality, cost, and schedule commitments.
• Review and approve technical documentation, specifications, datasheets, and deliverables.
• Support customer inspections, FAT activities, and commissioning requirements.
• Ensure compliance with trade compliance and HSE requirements.
