Job summary

Siemens Mobility in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Project Engineer to lead electrical/infrastructure projects. You will plan scope, schedules, and budgets, coordinate resources, and ensure timely, on-budget delivery with a focus on quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in electrical, or Control Engineering.
Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with Customer Focus.
Fluent in English (written and verbal), Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Identify project resources and assign tasks and responsibilities.
Lead and motivate the project team to achieve project objectives.
Ensure that project tasks are completed on time and within budget.
Monitor and control project progress, adjusting as necessary.
Manage project risks and issues, developing contingency plans as needed.
Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, clients, and the project team.
Prepare and present project status reports and updates.
Facilitate meetings and workshops to ensure project alignment and quality.
Implement quality control processes and best practices.
