Job summary

SAP seeks a Chief Business Officer for the MEA-N Cluster to drive profitability and revenue delivery across software, cloud, and SSRS, and to align shared services with profit targets while acting as proxy for the Regional GM.

You will build scalable go-to-market assets, enable fast-growth markets, and oversee budgeting, expense management, and margin monitoring to translate market signals into real value and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's or MBA is preferred.
• 15+ years in enterprise software and cloud, with at least 3–5 years in senior sales leadership.
• Proven ability to build, lead and retain high-performing teams and manage P&L.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue delivery across software, cloud, and SSRS for the MEA-N cluster.
• Align shared services to hit profit targets and act as proxy for the Regional GM.
• Develop scalable go-to-market assets and tools for deal road mapping and planning.
