Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Commercial Education Manager for the MEA region, based in Riyadh with regional scope. You will design and execute education and capability-building across sales, marketing, and leadership teams to accelerate onboarding, improve product knowledge, and drive commercial excellence.

You will partner with Commercial Leadership, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and HR to deliver scalable training, certification, and coaching programs, while enabling successful product

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred (MBA or related).
• 8–10 years in sales, marketing, or learning & development within healthcare or life sciences.
• Experience supporting multi-country organizations and diverse commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional commercial education and capability-building strategy.
• Design and deliver training on consultative selling, product knowledge, and launch readiness.
• Lead onboarding programs for commercial staff and develop leadership pipelines.
• Create engaging learning experiences across classroom, virtual, and digital formats.
• Partner with Marketing and Medical Affairs to prep teams for launches and updates.
• Coach leaders, conduct needs assessments, and drive performance improvements.
• Collaborate with regional and country leadership to align priorities and compliance.
• Establish metrics dashboards and continuously improve programs based on data.
