Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Sales Manager - Surgery to drive Endomech/Energy business growth across established and new accounts.

You will coordinate national and local sales and marketing activities, lead coaching, pricing, tender management, and explore new markets. The role is commission-eligible, based in Jeddah, with a focus on delivering surgical technologies to surgeons and health care professionals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years sales experience, successful track record of growth.
• Clinical fluency in focus specialty.

• Fluent in English, Surgical/Ethicon experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth opportunities in the Saudi market for Endomech/Energy in new and established accounts.
• Coordinate and lead sales and marketing activities across the country.
• Own Joints business in Saudi market (Price Negotiation, Tender Management, Key contact for Adm. Issues).
• Develop sales processes and pricing models.
• Coach and mentor subordinates and appraise performance.
• Execute national, regional and local promotional activities to advance sales.
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure product availability.
• Analyze and develop sales forecasts for business planning by account.
